I have served as a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and can help firm up your organization's security practices. I have led PCI and SOC compliance efforts, ensuring that an organization complies with data privacy standards (FERPA, HIPPA, GDPR). I have helped clients become compliant with the FTC Safeguards Rule, acting as the Qualified Individual assessing risk and recommending improvements. I have educated both staff and users on potential risks and implemented mitigation strategies for potential vulnerabilities.

I am particularly skilled in selecting and implementing new technology solutions, either selecting the best off-the-shelf SaaS solution or leading a software team to develop something custom. I can assist from writing the RFP to narrowing potential vendors to leading the project team in implementing the chosen solution. I am familiar with several enterprise solutions such as Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot, Oracle, and SAP. ​​
